XAML Form Viewer and Editor is a free viewer and editor that lets users fill in form data on well-formed XAML forms. A form designer can build a form in any third-party tool that produces XAML, using a grid as the layout section. The viewer opens the form, the user enters data, and the result is saved back, either overwriting the current form or as a new copy.
The parent element must be a Grid. The program shows the contents of a page body from the grid tags; it does not display XAML with page tags. The goal is to let people use XAML forms with their document management system without needing a page container.
This version does not include a built-in designer. Sample XAML code is provided in the Help section of the program (see Sample Code for Notes.xaml for a full layout the program can read), and instructions are on the Directions tab.
